Terms of Service

Writely analyzes websites you connect, identifies content opportunities, generates draft pages using AI, publishes approved pages, and reports on their performance.

We may change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to give notice of material changes.

You may only connect websites and Google accounts you own or are authorized to manage.

You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping any credentials or script installations secure.

You may revoke our access to your Google account at any time through Google's permissions page.

You own the pages generated for your site. You grant us a limited license to generate, host, and serve them as part of the service.

You are responsible for reviewing generated pages before publishing. AI output can contain errors — you remain responsible for content published on your domain.

Do not use Writely to generate deceptive, unlawful, infringing, or harmful content, or to impersonate competitors. We may remove pages that violate this.

No scraping or connecting sites you don't control, no attempts to bypass rate limits, no reverse engineering, and no use of the service to violate Google's or any third party's terms.

We may suspend accounts that abuse the service or violate these terms.

The service is provided 'as is.' We do not guarantee search rankings, traffic, signups, or revenue outcomes — search engines and AI assistants operate under their own rules.

Audit scores (keep / refresh / prune) are recommendations, not guarantees.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Writely is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits, rankings, or data.

Our aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or $100 if you paid nothing.

You may stop using Writely at any time. We may terminate or suspend access for breach of these terms.

On termination, published pages served from our infrastructure are removed within 30 days. Pages rendered via your script installation stop working once the script is removed.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

If any provision is unenforceable, the rest remain in effect. Contact legal@writely.ai with questions.
